The Chesapeake Rotary Club has recognized it's first Youth Humanitarian Award for a deserving high school student. This years recipient is Jack Mills of Great Bridge High School. Jack has been engaged in activities to put the needs of others first. He has demonstrated those qualities of selflessness, leadership, and volunteerism at school. According to his principal "He is an accomplished young man with a very bright future." Jack is presently in his first year at the University of Virginia.
